Use the StudioTools file browser
On UNIX systems, use the StudioTools file lister to open, save, and manipulate files. On Windows, you can choose between the standard file dialog boxes and the StudioTools file browser.
To keep your different work projects separate, you can organize them into StudioTools projects. For each new project, StudioTools creates a separate directory, where it stores all the files for that project.
If Studio stops unexpectedly, it attempts to save the current data to a special file named m_saved.wire. When you restart Studio you can open this file to retrieve any lost changes.
Image planes act as visual references while building a model or as a means of compositing background or foreground images during rendering.
