You can choose which menu items to display in the menus. This lets you eliminate menu choices you never use.

1 Choose 
Preferences > Interface > Hotkeys / Menus.
2 Open the Menu section and click the arrow next to each menu title.
3 Scroll to the section of the editor that contains the items you want to remove.
4 Click in the boxes under Short Menu Display to choose which commands are shown in the short menus.
5 Click Apply.
